Delivery information is an essential element in the operation of our company, as we try to ensure that our customers receive the ordered goods safely and on time, regardless of their location in Latvia or outside of it.

The manufacturing and delivery process of each ordered piece of furniture is specially adapted to the customer's individual wishes and the selected package. Delivery times vary depending on the product group:

1. Sofas and lounge chairs are delivered within 3-6 weeks.
2. Beds are delivered within 5-8 weeks.
3. The mattresses will reach you within 5-10 working days.
4. Warehouse sale furniture ships within 2-3 business days.
5. However, it is important to note that in some cases delivery times may be shortened, offering faster delivery if required.

Regarding the shipping prices, they are designed taking into account the customer's location. For instance:

• Delivery in Riga is available for 35 euros.
• Delivery in Pieriga can vary from 35 to 45 euros depending on the specific location.
• Delivery to other Latvian cities is possible after prior agreement, and prices will be calculated individually, taking into account the distance from Riga.

This is important to indicate that all furniture is delivered directly to your stairwell or private home, within reach of the delivery van. We take special care of the safety of the furniture and take responsibility for it throughout the delivery process.

Customers also have the option to pick up their order from our warehouses in Riga by making full payment in advance. If necessary, we also offer furniture delivery or storage, regardless of the number of floors to be passed and the size of the furniture (if this option is available).

We always coordinate the furniture delivery process with customers, informing them about delivery times and providing flexible options. In most cases, the furniture is delivered in disassembled form, but in exceptional cases, if it is to be delivered in assembled form, our consultant informs the customer in advance. All products are in original packaging, complete with assembly instructions and necessary fittings for furniture assembly.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we are always in touch with customers to negotiate delivery times and ensure that items are delivered as per their wishes. In addition, customers are instructed to check the goods and sign the acceptance document - the delivery note, in order to assess the condition of the goods and avoid confusion. If goods are damaged or not as ordered, customers are encouraged to notify us immediately so that we can resolve any issues. You also have the option of paying with cash, so have the exact amount ready if that's your preference.
